Adel Village Apartments is a three-story, 48-unit apartment community located on Greene Street in Adel, Iowa. Our professionally managed community was built in 1980 and is surrounded by lush, landscaped grounds. Our large apartments are cat-friendly, have walk-in closets, and have amenities like dishwashers and disposals.

Ours is a limited access-building with an on-site manager. We use technology to streamline the rental process, offering online rent payment options and online routine property requests.
